Your Role:



· Medication administration and clinical assessment

· Supporting residents with complex care needs

· Documentation and handover reporting

· Working collaboratively with the MDT team

· Maintaining high standards of clinical care



What You'll Need:



· Valid AHPRA with a minimum 1 year RAC experience

· Current CPR & First Aid

· Current Australian Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening

· Full working rights in Australia

· COVID-19 + flu vaccinations

· Two clinical referee's
